We are in the process of buying a house that had new windows installed in 2007. The windows are beautiful, but we found out the permit was never closed out. I contacted Tom to see if he was able to help me. He was very helpful, polite and understanding of the situation I was in. He took care of all that needed to be done to get this permit closed out. Tom Is a very nice guy! I actually found Colonial Industries by chance while I was searching for a Window Repair company to fix a window pane. He was so nice and helpful, he referred me to a company that was better suited to fix my small problem. Tom is an honest and helpful guy who you can trust.

Tom and his crew put in our windows and sliding glass door this spring and did a fantastic job! They were very punctual and professional. The whole family was home during the time of instulation and they were very family friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
